technical steps required to create the contract between
you and us are as follows:

place the order for your products on the web-site by
pressing the confirm order button at the end of the
check-out process. You will be guided through the
process of placing an order by a series of simple

detailing the products you have ordered. This is not
an order confirmation or order acceptance from us.

your product is shipped from our warehouse we will
send you a dispatch confirmation email.

Non-acceptance

prices are exclusive of VAT at the current rates and are

system. The total cost of your order is the price of the
Products ordered plus delivery charges as set out in the
delivery cost section of this Website. Payment can be made
by any of the methods specified in the payments section of

your account as set out in the Payment section of this
Website.
You
confirm that the credit, debit or store card that is being
used is yours.

credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks
and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of
your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason,
authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any

whether or not such has become a term of the Conditions.

Conditions shall be governed by and construed in
accordance with the laws of England and you irrevocably

Returns Policy
This web site is owned
and operated by Photo Paper Direct (“PPD”). The material
contained on this site, including al design, text, graphics,
selection and arrangement of content and all other
information on this site is the sole property of PPD, its
licensees, content providers and technology providers. All
rights reserved.
Contract
formation:
No contract shall subsist between you and PPD for the sale
by it to you of any product unless and until PPD accepts
your order by sending you a VAT invoice. An order
confirmation is for your convenience only and does not
constitute an acceptance of your order. That acceptance
will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes
to have been effectively communicated to you at the time PPD
sends an email to you (whether or not you receive that
email).
Delivery:
We will deliver your order with in five (5) days (normal
working hours) from the payment settlement date. If for any
reason we cannot deliver your order within this time period,
we will contact you immediately to arrange a new delivery
date. If for any reason we cannot deliver your order within
the newly established time period, you may at your option
cancel your order and we will provide you a full refund.
Your order:
We reserve the right to substitute goods within your order
with goods of an equivalent nature. If you do not wish to
accept the substituted goods, notify PPD immediately and
return the good to us within seven (7) days of receipt.
Damaged
goods:
If your parcel is damaged in transit, you can return the
item(s) to us within seven (7) days of receipt for an
immediate exchange. Please contact PPD to get authorization
prior to returning goods.
Defective merchandise:
Merchandise should be examined immediately upon receipt. If
a defect is identified (excluding packaging) PPD will accept
the merchandise back within seven (7) days of purchase for
exchange or return. Prior to return, you must contact PPD
to receive return authorization.
Incorrect
item:
If an incorrect product is sent to you, please contact PPD
immediately. We will then ship the correct item(s) to you.
You then have seven (7) days to return the incorrect item(s)
to PPD. If you do not return the original item(s), we
reserve the right to charge an amount equal to the price of
the replacement item(s), including delivery charge, to the
payment card you used for the order.
Delivery charges:
Delivery charges are calculated on volume, method of
shipment and location. For most main-land UK postcodes,
delivery cost range from £2.90 to £7.50. To review delivery
charges prior to completing order, click on the ‘Estimate’
link provided in shopping cart, input postcode, country and
submit. System will automatically access correct delivery
cost, excluding VAT. In cases of extremely high volume
orders or remote postcodes in rural areas, PPD retains the
right to access additional delivery charges. Any additional
fees for delivery will not be charged to payment card
unless and until consent from cardholder is provided.

Refund
policy:
If a refund is due to you for any reason, PPD will refund
directly to the payment card originally charged.
Cancellation
policy:
Orders cancelled for any reason other than those indicated
above, may be subject to a re-stocking fee of 10% of the
product purchase price. Postage/delivery costs are a
non-refundable. All orders cancelled prior to dispatch from
PPD will not incur any additional cost.
