1. Great product but be carefull

   When ironing full size prints make sure you leave a small border as the heat of the iron can expand the "picture" and if its black around the edges it is very easy to smudge the edge ruining the t-shirt. Done it once and learned from my mistake, thankfully it was a cheap t-shirt. My next attempt was perfect when I slightly reduced the size of the pic I was transferring.

   I suggest to go all over the print without leaving an area not ironed and pressed. What you can do is leave a small unprinted margin if you want to prevent the above. Remember! spend enough time and heat on each position of the transfer to ensure a good transfer and washablity as it need to melt into the fiber.

2. Slicon paper.

   Product excellent. But with 20 sheets you only supply 2 sheets of silicon and i cannot find an answer to this on your web site. I purchased two 20 packs and only 4 silicon sheets.
   
   Photo Paper Direct reply: The silicon sheets are re-usable. Each pack of 10 transfers includes 1 sheet of silicon paper.

   Used this for the very first time this week.
   
   Good product - - - simply make sure the iron is hot enough (but not too hot for the material you're ironing (don't ask me how I know! :( ))

   Extremely easy to use and brilliant results. I mistook the blue packaging paper for the silicone paper on my first attempt! Creating a set of shirts was then simple and straightforward. Excellent service too!

   a totally excellent product - miles better than such product i've used before. easy to follow & very helpful instructions, extremely fast (next day!) delivery & great communication - i was kept updated on my order all the way.
   just remember to reverse your image - especially if it includes writing - doh!
