Good every-day paper

I was pleasantly surprised by this paper. It has a good weight and feel, and produces (with pigment ink) a nice slightly glossy surface. I created a profile for the paper and my current inkset without problems. The maximum OD was just over 2, which, combined with optical brighteners in the paper coating, gives nice bright contrasty prints. The colour gamut was significantly smaller than more expensive papers such as Ilford Gold Fibre Silk, but entirely adequate for most purposes. I would hesitate to use this paper for exhibition prints (not that anyone would ask to me to make any from my photos!), but for less critical purposes it is fine, and very good value.

A very good paper used on a canon ipf 8300 large format printer and the results were equally as good as our current "best paper" but at a better price,where quality counts it is second to none.

My first use of glossy paper with this printer and the results are superb.

I am fortunate to live within visiting distance of photo paper direct and would recommend this to everyone who is able to visit. The staff are very knowledgeable and can answer any questions. It also provides the opportunity to see the papers which ensures you get the correct one.
