Your products seem considerably less expensive than the name brands, does this mean quality is compromised?

Absolutely not!  You will probably find our products to be better, but at least as good as HP, Epson, Canon and other name brand papers.  Our low prices are due mainly to our unique relationship with major European manufactures, streamlined distribution, and low overhead cost.

How quickly can I get my order?

You will have the option to select overnight express delivery, or 3-4 day economy delivery during the check out process.  All orders received prior to 15:30 will be dispatched the same day.

What is the best inkjet printer for your papers?

That's the beauty of our papers, we are compatible with just about every inkjet printer available in the market.  That includes HP, Epson, Canon, Lexmark, Fuji, and many  more.

Would you have a profile file for my printer?

Once you've made a purchase, please email us with your exact printer made and model. We will do our best to email you a suitable printer file.

I'm currently living abroad, do you ship outside mainland UK?

Yes, in addition to shipping anywhere within the United Kingdom, we can ship to all European countries.  Delivery charges would depend on your location and will be clearly defined before you purchase (no hidden charges).

How much is the delivery cost?

For domestic orders, delivery cost usually range from £2.99 to £7.50, depending on the method of delivery your choose (express or economy), the volume of paper ordered, and your location (remote locations can be more expensive).  Foreign locations start at £7.50 and go up, depending on aforementioned conditions.

Do you offer any discounts for large purchases?

You will find our prices to be some of the lowest offered, however, it you are planning a high volume purchase ('high volume' is generally thought of as approximately 10,000 or more sheets) give us a call and we'll see if we can secure even better pricing for you.

What's better for high quality photos, Gloss or Satin finish?

Basically that depends on what you want your end result to be.  Both will provide rich true to life tones, high colour vibrancy and excellent reproductions of your prints and photos.  Some of our customers who are professional photographers prefer the 'low glare' aspect of the Satin papers, mainly for display purposes.  Bottomline is you can't go wrong with either paper.

Can I place my order over the telephone?

Absolutely.  Our Customer Care Team is available Monday - Friday: 9:30 to 5:00 pm to assist with order, questions or suggestions.

Will you papers work in a laser printer?

No, currently we are only providing papers and films designed for inkjet printers.  Please check back however as we may be adding laser products in the future.

I want to send the order to my work address rather than have it delivered to my home.  Is that possible?

Yes, you will be given the option to have the parcel sent to the alternate address of your choice.
